Saturday, August 18, the SwingSpringfield Dance Club is hosting a series of West Coast Swing workshops followed by a dance party!
The workshops will include beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Andy and Anne Wall will be teaching the beginning class.
Will Carlton and Stevie Young, well known around the West Coast Swing community for their unique style, cutting edge moves, precise connection, playful interaction and their unique and down to earth personalities, will be teaching the intermediate and advanced workshops.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to participate!! This is a lot of fun! The cost for the entire evening is only $25 per person ($20 SwingSpringfield members) for all 3 workshops and the dance party.
The workshops will begin at 5pm at Ballroom World located at 1911 S. Glenstone located in the Plaza Towers Center near TCBY, just South of the Sunshine and Glenstone intersection.
SwingSpringfield is a non-profit organization that was founded in November of 2006 with the sole purpose of introducing a swing and hustle dance club to southwest Missouri that offers the very best instruction while providing a fun and inviting atmosphere. The club is dedicated to the promotion of West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing and Hustle dancing for the entertainment, fellowship and interest of its members and guests.
