Open to the Public Third Bi-Annual Natural Healing Arts Fair

at the Lamplighter Inn North, Springfield, MO!!!
Saturday evening: 6 pm – 8pm : Kindred Souls’ Social Hour (for practitioners only) There will be music, drumming, a special guest speaker, and more!
Natural Healing Providers are invited to give a 1 or 2 hour workshop! These are intended to be workshops that you can charge for. (Please note: These time slots are very limited and each has an additional charge.) (You are welcome to do additional advertising to promote your workshop, if you choose.)
There are free presentation times available, as well, which will run throughout both days. These presentations are FREE to the public, are intended to be for educational purposes, and are 25 minutes each. These are available (to natural healing providers who are participating at the Natural Healing Arts Fair) on a first-come-first-serve basis.
An 8' booth is $140 and a 6' booth is $125. This is the total cost for both days with NO EXTRA charge for electricity. (You are welcome to share your table with someone you know.) (There is room for 30 - 40 tables in all.) (All tables have white tablecloths and 2 chairs). (There’s no extra charge for the Kindred Souls’ Social Hour, if you have a booth! If you do not have a booth, it is $10 each.) (Workshops have an additional charge of $50 per hour.)
The "Early Bird Special" is 10% off of the above prices and is available to those who register and pay for their booth or workshop time on or before August 27, 2008!! You are encouraged to register extra early to take advantage of the discounted rate!!!! Please Note: No discounts are available after August 27.
NOW is the time to sign up for a booth and for workshop times!!!! We have had many Natural Healing providers call us, wanting to be involved in the next Natural Healing Arts Fair. We expect the booths and the presentation times to sell out very quickly!!!! (Please note: Reservations are considered confirmed only after payment is received in full.Payment in full must be received no later than September 20. If payment is not received, your booth space may be released to another provider who has made a request for it. ) ("Early Birds" must pay in full ON OR BEFORE Aug 27, 2008 in order to receive the special discounted price.. NO EXCEPTIONS!) All participants must have a current business license or a temporary Springfield business license. ($5.00)
There are no cash refunds for cancellations. Cancellations made prior to September 20, will receive a credit to a future fair. No credits for cancellations made after September 20 - no exceptions.)
