Hammons plans another hotel development and convention center.
Springfield, MO-based John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts has plans to build a hotel, which will feature 100,000 square feet of meeting and convention center, on the Lake of the Ozarks, in Osage Beach, MO.
The 15-story, 320-room "Chateau on Lake of the Ozarks" will have over 40,000-square-feet of grand ballroom and 22 meeting halls.
Construction is planned to be started beginning in spring 2008 and be complete in two years sometime in spring 2010.
The resort will be located on the waterfront on a a 30-acre site.
The hotel and conference center will be managed by John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts.
Chateau on Lake of the Ozarks will join Hammons' 13 other Missouri properties.
