While founded in 1984 it has survived as a great family fun skating rink.
Recently they had the floors refinished so they are nice and shiny and fast. Music is popular "clean" 70's plus that make it an enjoyable easy skate.
The price for skating shoes are included in the $5 entry for the quad skates, and inline roller blades are available for 3 bucks more.
Skating apparel is available in the shop, but I like to skate in "dress clothes" so if you see a older guy skating in black slacks and nice shirt wave and say hello.
They hold mini events during the evening skating party such as hoky poky, speed skating, and "lucky number" for prizes great fun for the kids.
Aggressive Skating is not tolerated in the public skate sessions, but they do sponsor a Roller Derby Club ask at the front desk.
For those beginners they do have skating lessons call for more information.
